We offer a bespoke design solution to meet your needs. We see no benefit to you in offering an off-the-shelf solution which doesn't provide the exact space that you require or which isn't directly tailored to your style and taste.
Comfort
Our Garden Rooms are designed to the same insulation standards as if it were an extension of your home. Whether for work or play, they are designed to be used all year round.
Compliance
It's important to us that our Garden Rooms are fully designed by a Structural Engineer to suit the specific ground conditions. We also take care of all of the necessary applications and approvals to obtain the required certificates of completion.
Price
We work on the basis of approx £2000/m2 (or £1700/m2 + VAT). Unlike other companies, this price is inclusive of everything: groundworks, electricity connection, professional/application fees...everything.
